Had the opportunity to have the team complete renovations inside our home prior to Xmas! They did an incredible job, was extremely professional, kind and completed the job required ahead of schedule! Outstanding team to deal with! Will be calling them back for future renovations.

I would most definitely recommend Innovation Properties! Luke, Cam and Greg were a pleasure to work with; very professional, reliable and efficient and a pleasure to work with.They completely painted the entire house, new drywall in the flood area, replaced and repaired damaged baseboards and doors and also painted exterior doors. They had great ideas on repairs and we will continue to use them on any other projects that need completion in our home. Garage doors will be next project.

My husband and I had not made a lot of changes and our home was showing its age. Luke was referred to us and we proceeded with a smaller project. The result was impressive. Luke was knowledgable, creative and a pleasure to work with. We went on to further projects on a much larger scale and were always very pleased with the final results.
